Frequently Asked Questions

Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions we’ve gotten from pet owners. If you can't find what you are looking for please reach out.  We are happy to address any questions and concerns you may have.

Cancellations Policy:

  • A minimum of 12 hours notice for dog walking cancellations is required( i.e the night before your dogs scheduled visit ).        Less than 8 hours notice will result in 1/2 the service fee.

  • A minimum of 2 weeks notice for pet sitting cancellations is required. 

       Less than 2 weeks notice will result in 1/2 the full pet sitting fee.

  • A minimum of 2 weeks notice for Holiday pet sitting cancellation is required. 

       Less than 2 weeks notice will result in the FULL pet sitting fee.

Additional charge:

Weekends : additional $5.00 per walk

Early morning before 8:00AM : additional $5.00 per walk

Evening walks after 7:00 PM: additional $5.00 per walk

Holiday Walks: Time and 1/2 per walk

Holiday Overnight Pet Sitting: $125.00 per night

Payment: 

You will be billed weekly for dog walking services. For pet sitting and all other services you will be billed 50% on the first day of service and the balance on the last day after the service is completed.
